IDBI Bank Limited Jobs Recruitment: IDBI invites online applications from eligible candidates who are looking for Banking Jobs for the posts of Assistant Manager Grade A. The last date for submission of the application is 22 August 2021.

IDBI Assistant Manager Grade A Recruitment will be done through 1 Year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) comprising of 9 months of classroom studies at campus and 3 months of internship at IDBI Bank’s branches. Those who complete the course will be appointed as Assistant Manager.

• No of posts:- 650 [UR:265, SC:97, ST:48, EWS:65, OBC:175]
• Age limit:- 21- 28 years as of 01.07.2021. Upper age relaxation up to 5 years for/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for PWD candidates.
• Salary:- Stipend during the Training Period (9 Months) Rs. 2,500/- per month and the Internship Period (3 Months) Rs. 10,000/- per month. After joining the Bank’s services as Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ on successful completion of the course, the extant basic pay applicable to Assistant Managers in Grade A is Rs. 36,000/- per month in the pay scale of 36000- 1490(7)-46430-1740 (2) –49910–1990(7)- 63840 (17 years).
• Educational Qualification:- A Graduate from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD).

Selection Process for IDBI Assistant Manager Posts

Selection will be done based on an Online Test and Personal Interviews. There will be 200 questions of 200 marks. The exam pattern of Online Tests will be as follows

• Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis & Interpretation: 60 Marks
• English Language: 40 Marks
• Quantitative Aptitude: 60 Marks
• General/ Economy/ Banking Awareness: 40 Marks

Date of Online Test at all Centers (Tentative): 04.09.2021.

• For All Others: Rs. 1000/-
