SAI Manager Qualification
Persons having a Master’s Degree in a relevant subject (Sports, Law, Management) or technical qualifications like B. Tech or MBA or equivalent qualification in relevant field are eligible.
Desirable Qualification :
Post Graduate Diploma (2 Years) specialization in Sports Management from a recognized university.
Experience :
Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant fields like relationship manager/sports management/operations/events etc. This will be counted only if the same is acquired after the completion of the essential qualification.
Desirable Experience :
Experience in any Government / Semi Govt. /Autonomous / PSU / Private Sector are also considerable.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of results and competition formats in Olympic sports.
Candidates who have participated in nationals and international level in Olympic Sports Disciplines would be given preference

SAI Recruitment 2021: Sports Authority of India (SAI) has invited applications for the Assistant Coaches posts. Interested and eligible applicants can apply for Sports Authority of India (SAI) Job Notification 2021 through the prescribed applications format on or before 10 October 2021.
Sports Authority of India (SAI) invites applications in the prescribed format from eligible candidates for appointment on a contract basis as Assistant Coach for an initial period of four years (subject to yearly performance evaluation) as detailed below.

Sports Authority of India will prepare the merit list on the basis of documents submitted by the candidates, followed by an interview round. A panel of Assistant Coaches on contract shall be drawn for SAI Recruitment 2021, which will be valid for up to one year.

It is advisable that only those candidates, who can devote full time to coaching, should apply. The selected candidates will have to undergo various short-term/medium-term training programs. The contract can be terminated by giving either party a 30 day notice period, i.e. SAI and the employee.

Diploma in Coaching from SAI, NS NIS, or from any other recognized Indian/ Foreign University. (OR)

Dronacharya Awardee.

Part – I Achievement, Experience, Educational qualification (70 Marks)
Part – II Interview (30 Marks)
