AP EAPCET Counselling 2024: The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) will close the Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture, Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (AP EAPCET) 2024 category B Registration window today, 15 August. Additionally, the candidate selection, following the merit order outlined in the relevant government directive, is scheduled for August 21, 2024.

Eligible candidates interested in applying for Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Bachelor of Technology (BTech), and Pharmacy courses under the Category-B Non-Resident Indian (NRI) quota seats can complete their registration via the official website, eapcet-sche.aptonline.in.

According to the official notice, candidates who have qualified in the AP EAPCET or Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) 2024 must pay a registration fee of Rs 1,000. For candidates who did not appear for or did not qualify in the AP EAPCET or JEE 2024, the registration fee is Rs 1,200 per candidate.

AP EAPCET 2024: Admission criteria

1. AICTE-approved institutions can fill up to 15% of seats with NRI candidates.
2. NRI candidates must have at least 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam or a CGPA of 5 on a 10-point scale.

1. The remaining seats will be filled on merit with candidates, including those from other states and union territories.
2. Candidates must have secured a rank in JEE (Mains) or NEET 2024 and obtained at least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories) in the relevant subjects in the qualifying exam.

1. Seats remaining unfilled from the above categories will be filled with eligible candidates who have qualified in AP EAPCET 2024.
