Delhi government invites online applications for Nursery School Admission 2021 at edudel.nic.in portal. All the parents who want to get their child below 5 years of age admitted in entry-level classes (Nursery) in private unaided recognized schools can now submit application forms. Interested parents/wards can fill the application form for Nursery Admission 2021 in Delhi at the official website of the Directorate of Education (DoE) of Delhi. These nursery school admissions are for EWS / DG seats in 1700 private schools and the number of vacant seats is yet to be disclosed. Delhi nursery admissions are all set to begin from 18 February 2021 for the upcoming academic session. The directorate has also started the preparation for the admissions process. The first list will be out on 20 March, said the Directorate of Education (DoE). The entire process of admission will be closed by 31 March.

STEP 4: After submitting the application forms, candidates will be eligible and can then wait for the draw of seats as mentioned in the dates section below.

People can also get the nursery school admission forms in Delhi at the school premises for which a school cannot charge more than Rs. 25. Moreover, it is optional whether to purchase or not the prospectus of schools in which the child is seeking admission.

Age Criteria for Delhi Govt School Nursery Admission 2021

For 2021 nursery admissions, the age criteria have been revealed as shown in the table below:-

For Pre-School (Nursery)	3 to 5 years as on 31st March of the year in which the admission is sought.
For Pre-Primary (KG)	4 to 6 years as on 31st March of the year in which the admission is sought.
For Class 1st	5 to 7 years as on 31st March of the year in which the admission is sought.

Age Limit Criteria for Delhi Nursery Admission

This time all the children whose age is not more than 5 years can apply online for nursery school admission in Delhi. Similarly, for admission in KG classes, children’s age must not exceed 6 years while this age criteria for 1st class is that the children’s age must not exceed 7 years.
