Education Qualification :
Manager :
Minimum 10 Years of work experience in the IT sector with 8 years of experience in the Software Project Life Cycle.
One must have strong communication skills and should be able to effectively manage multiple projects and teams.
Software Project Management, Client Management and stakeholder management.
Will be accountable for creating and executing the project plan by setting up project baseline concerning deliverables, projects timeline, consultant tasks and costs, monitoring that the project schedules are adhered to as per the client specifications and deliveries are as per the time and quality standards.
Responsible for resolving any project scope issues and challenges.
Communicate the progress report to project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and manage
project expectations with team members and other stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
Ensure that the consistency of operational standards and excellence across projects and driven by ensuring implementation of standard SOPs, policies, and documentation and implementing solutions using established best practices to translate them into project deliverables and milestones.
Responsible for finishing projects within defined budgeted hours.
Should be able to act as a Solution Architect
Good knowledge of Deployment and Database Management.
Knowledge of Agile Methodology / SCRUM Certification would be preferred
Age Limit: Minimum 30 years and maximum 45 years
Assistant Manager :
Minimum 8 Years of post-qualification work experience in Software Application Development.
Profile:
Use Technologies like Angular, ASP.Net, .Net Core, SQL Server, C#, ADO.Net, WCF / REST API, MVC, Entity Framework, Web Services, Web API, MySQL/No SQL, etc.
Should have strong knowledge of Software architecture, development tools, and reporting
technologies (SSRS / Crystal Reports / RDLC).
Good knowledge of Deployment and Database Management.
Age Limit: Minimum 28 years and maximum 42 years
Software Engineer: Minimum 3 Years of work experience in Software Application Development Profile:
- Use Technologies like Angular, ASP.Net, .Net Core, SQL Server, C#, ADO.Net, WCF / REST API, MVC, Entity Frame work, Web Services, Web API, MySQL/No SQL etc.
- Should have strong knowledge of Software architecture, development tools and reporting technologies (SSRS / Crystal Reports / RDLC).
Age Limit : Minimum 23 years and, maximum 32 years
Graduate Engineer Trainee :
Candidates having Project/work experience over ASP.Net and SQL Server Technologies are preferred.
Age Limit: Minimum 20 years and maximum 25 years
