UPPSC PCS Result 2023 Out: The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) announced the result of the UP PCS Prelims 2023 exam on June 26, 2023. Candidates who appeared for the UP PCS preliminary examination can check their UP PCS Prelims Result 2023 through the commission’s website, uppsc.up .nic.in.

UPPSC PCS 2023 Prelims Result Declared: Important Details

According to official notification, the preliminary examination for the recruitment of 254 PCS posts was conducted in two shifts across 1,241 centers in 51 districts of the state. A total of 565,459 candidates had applied for the exam, out of which only 345,022 candidates appeared for the exam.

The UPPSC PCS Prelims 2023 Exam took place on May 14, 2023. On May 17, the commission released the provisional answer key for the exam.

A total of 4,047 candidates have qualified for the UP PCS Mains Exam.

The exam is being conducted for a total of 254 vacancies for various posts, including Sub Registrar, Assistant Labor Commissioner, Assistant Controller Legal Measurement (Grade 11), Technical Assistant (Geology), Law Officer, Technical Assistant (Geophysics), Tax Assessment Officer , G.Dy. Superintendent of Police, Superintendent of Jail, District Commandant Home Guards, Excise Inspector, and Deputy Jailor. However, the number of vacancies may increase or decrease depending on circumstances or requirements.

In the UPPSC calendar, the main examination for PCS-2023 is scheduled to take place on September 23, 2023. Only candidates who have successfully cleared the preliminary examination will be eligible to appear for the main examination.
