Now, enter your Date of Birth, Mobile, email, password, retype the password, and Captcha code.

You need to click on the “login” button.

Now, you can select an Email ID or Mobile.
if you select email id then, enter your email id otherwise enter your mobile number.
After that, enter your password and captcha code.
Click on Submit.

Now, click on the “New Service Request” link.

- Now, you have to search for the “Ration Card Correction” service.
- It takes you to the Gujarat Ration Card Correction Application form.
- Now, you have to enter your Ration card number.
- After that, you can see your ration details on your screen.
- You can correct your ration card details or add a new member to the ration card.
- Later, you have to click on the submit button.
