Additionally, the dates for two subjects in the 12th class exams have also been changed. The 12th class exams will begin on February 27, and the 10th class exams will begin on February 28.
According to Board Secretary Ajay Chopra, the Hindi exam for the 10th class, which was scheduled for February 28, will now take place on March 7. The Social Science exam, which was set for March 5, will now be held on March 17. The Mathematics exam, previously scheduled for March 7, will now be held on February 28.
Exams for subjects like Music, Dance, Physical Education, and other additional subjects, originally scheduled for March 17, will now take place on March 5. The Political Science paper for the 12th class, originally set for March 15, will now be replaced with exams for Chemistry, Accountancy, and Public Administration on that day. The Political Science exam will now be held on March 12.
The Sociology exam, initially scheduled for March 20, will now be replaced by the Mathematics exam on that day. The Sociology exam will now be held on March 18. Students can visit the official website of the Haryana Board of School Education for more details.
All exams will be held in a single session, from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM. This year, nearly 5 lakh students will appear for the 10th and 12th class exams. The board has made changes to the exam dates for certain subjects in both classes.
The Haryana Board of School Education has also announced the dates for practical exams for secondary and senior secondary regular candidates for the February-March 2025 annual exams. The practical exams for secondary and senior secondary (academic) regular candidates will be conducted from February 3 to 18, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Board Secretary Ajay Chopra informed that practical exams for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects in senior secondary will be conducted by external examiners appointed by the board. For the remaining subjects of senior secondary (academic) and secondary (academic), practical exams will be conducted by the appointed teachers or lecturers of the respective subjects in the schools.
He also mentioned that supervisors will be appointed for the inspection of practical exams for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in senior secondary. The appointed supervisors and examiners will receive their duty details via SMS from the board.
School heads are required to visit the official website of the board, www.bseh.org.in, through the school login to receive the exam duty chart, instructions, and group photos of students, and upload exam marks by the designated deadlines.
