As a result, the exam will be re-conducted on January 28 and 29. A senior NTA official confirmed that exam centers have been set up in 15 cities across India and abroad for the JEE Main 2025. However, a technical problem occurred at one of the centers in Karnataka. The affected students will now appear for the exam again on January 28 and 29, and new admit cards will be issued to them.
Meanwhile, a senior official from the Ministry of Tourism stated that the National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the admission exam for 95 Hotel Management Institutes (IHMs) on April 27. Candidates can apply online by visiting the NTA website until February 15.
JEE Main 2025: Session 1 Exam Schedule
As per the JEE Main 2025 session 1 schedule, the Paper 1 exam for BE/Btech will be held on January 23, 24, 28, and 29, 2025 in two different shifts: First shift (9.00 am-noon) and Second shift (3.00 pm-6.00 pm). Paper 2 – 2A (B Arch), 2B (B Planning), and 2A & 2B (B Arch and B Planning) will be held on January 30, 2025.
The examination will be conducted in the second shift from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm. JEE (Main)-2025 will be conducted in 13 languages: English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. The admit card for the examination will be released three days before the examination date.
