Karnataka NEET UG Counselling 2024 Registration update: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will close the registration portal for medical, dental, and AYUSH courses on Monday, August 19, 2024. This is the last opportunity for candidates to initiate new registrations andto link their NEET UG 2024 roll number for KCET counselling 2024. All eligible candidates seeking participation in the Karnataka NEET UG counselling for 2024 are invited to apply and remit the necessary fees via the official website (cetonline.karnataka.gov.in). 

Earlier, the KEA extended the registration deadline for KCET counselling 2024 concerning MBBS and BDS admissions, taking into account numerous requests from both candidates and their parents. This extension facilitates candidates in commencing fresh registrations and/or linking their NEET UG roll numbers. 

Karnataka NEET UG Counselling 2024: Steps to register online

Step 1: Access the official KEA website at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in

Step 2: Locate the section for KCET counselling related to MBBS and BDS admissions

Step 3: Click on the registration link

Step 4: The application form will appear upon clicking the link

Step 5: Complete the registration form with all required information, including the NEET UG roll number

Step 6: If applicable, pay the registration fee

Step 7: Upload the necessary documents

Step 8: Submit the application form

Step 9: Download and print the application form for future reference.

The KEA has announced that candidates who were unable to complete document verifications on August 7, 9, 12, or 15 are permitted to do so on August 19. All counselling rounds, including those for stray vacancies, will be managed exclusively by the KEA.
