According to the official notice, “This is to inform all the heads of higher secondary schools/junior colleges, teachers, students, and parents affiliated with the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Pune, that online hall tickets for the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC 12th) examination, February-March 2025, are being made available for all students of the respective divisional boards.”
In case of any discrepancies, such as a missing or defective photograph, the correct photograph must be affixed to the hall ticket and authenticated with the principal’s signature and stamp. Maharashtra HSC Hall Ticket 2025: Instructions for school
- All affiliated higher secondary schools and junior colleges in the divisional boards must print and distribute the HSC hall tickets to students.
- No separate fee should be charged to students for printing the hall ticket online. After printing, the principal’s signature and school stamp must be affixed on the hall ticket.
- Only hall tickets for applications with “Paid” status will be available under the “Paid Status Admit Card” option.
- Students with late applications or extra seat numbers assigned by the divisional board will have their hall tickets available under the “Extra Seat No Admit Card” option.
- If there are corrections needed in the student’s name, mother’s name, or date of birth on the hall ticket, such corrections must be done online using the “application correction” link available. After paying the necessary correction fee, the request will be sent for approval to the divisional board. After approval, the corrected hall ticket will be available under the “Correction Admit Card” option. If the medium of instruction changes, corrections should be made directly through the divisional board.
- For applications that have not been marked as “Paid,” once the payment is received, the status will be updated, and hall tickets will be available under the “Late Paid Status Admit Card” option.
- If the photo on the hall ticket is defective, the student’s photo should be affixed by the concerned head of the school/college with a stamp and signature.
- In case the hall ticket is lost by the student, the school/college should print a duplicate and mark it as “Duplicate” in red ink and provide the hall ticket to the student.
