Meghalaya MBMA Recruitment 2021:- The Meghalaya Basin Management Agency (MBMA) invites applications from the eligible candidates in prescribed format to fill up the following position on a contractual basis. The last date for submission of the application is 22.02.2021.
1. Post Name:- Senior Manager- Knowledge Management
- No of posts:- 1
- Place of posting:- Headquater, Shillong
- Upper age limit:- 45 years.
- Salary:- Rs. 36,000/- per month.
- Educational Qualification:- Graduate or Post Graduate in any disciplines – Preferably with Mass Communication, Journalism, Services Marketing, Development Studies, Behavioral Change.
2. Post Name:- Manager- Training
- No of posts:- 1
- Place of posting:- Headquater, Shillong
- Upper age limit:- 45 years.
- Salary:- Rs. 30,000/- per month.
- Educational Qualification:- Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline – Preferably with Social work, Management, Marketing, Psychology, English, Human resource development, Social Science, or related disciplines.
3. Post Name:- Assistant Manager- Training
- No of posts:- 14
- Place of posting:- Headquater Shillong, EKH, WKH, SWKH, WJH, and EJH
- Upper age limit:- 45 years.
- Salary:- Rs. 24,000/- per month.
- Educational Qualification:- Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline – Preferably with Social work, Management, Marketing, Psychology, English, Human resource development, Social Science, or related disciplines.
4. Post Name:- Assistant Manager– Knowledge Management

- Place of posting:- Headquater Shillong, WJH, EJH, EGH, and SGH
- Upper age limit:- 45 years.
- Salary:- Rs. 24,000/- per month.
- Educational Qualification:- Graduate or Post Graduate in any disciplines – Preferably with Mass Communication, Journalism, Services Marketing, Development Studies, Behavioral Change.
5. Post Name:- Programme Associate– Media Development
- No of posts:- 4
- Place of posting:- Headquater Shillong
- Upper age limit:- 45 years.
- Salary:- Rs. 15000/- & Rs.17000/- (Based on qualification).
- Educational Qualification:- Graduate or Post Graduate Preferably in subjects related to Mass Media, film making, and photography. However, for candidates with exceptional and proven skills, these criteria may be relaxed.

Selection Process
There will be written/technical test and personal interview for the positions. The written test will comprise of Subject Matter Knowledge, General Knowledge, Reasoning, and English.
The Written Test/ Personal Interview will be held only in Shillong.
