The recruitment drive aims to fill 26 vacancies for Senior Supervisor/Operations, Supervisor/Operations, and Senior Supervisor/Supervisor (Security). The pay scale for these posts is as follows-
Senior Supervisor
Grade I: Rs 46,000 to Rs 1,45,000
Grade II: Rs 40,000 to Rs 1,25,000
Supervisor
Grade I: Rs 35,000 to Rs 1,10,000
Grade II: Rs 30,000 to Rs 1,00,000
According to the official notification, “MPMRCL invites applications for Backlog/New posts from qualified and experienced candidates of Railways/Railway PSUs/Metro organizations/Metro PSUs OR Private firms serving Metro organizations/Consultant firms serving Metro organizations on a ‘CONTRACT’ basis for the following posts on standard terms and conditions. The appointment is initially for 3 years, extendable up to 5 years or up to the age of 60 years, whichever is earlier, or as per the needs of the Project.”
MP Metro Rail Recruitment 2025: Age limit
To participate in this recruitment drive, the age of the candidate must lie between 21 to 43 years. However, age relaxation will be provided as mentioned in the official notice.
For Senior Supervisor/Operations and Supervisor/ Operations:
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any Engineering or B.SC Hons in (Physics /Chemistry/Maths) or B.SC (Physics/Chemistry/Math from a Govt. recognized university/institute.
For Senior Supervisor/ Supervisor (Security):
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a Govt. recognized university /institute.

For Senior Supervisor/Operations and Supervisor/ Operations:
Candidates should have post-qualification experience in the operations department of Railways/Railway PSUs/Metro organization/Metro PSUs OR Private firm serving Metro Organization /Consultant firms serving Metro Organization.
For Senior Supervisor/ Supervisor (Security):
Candidates should have post-qualification experience in security management in the Armed forces/CRPF/CISF/Police /BSF/RPF/Other para military Organization/ security agency in Railways/Railway PSUs/Metro organization/Metro PSUs OR Private firm serving Metro Organization /Consultant firms serving Metro Organization.
