UGC NET 2024: The National Testing Agency has released the University Grants Commission – National Eligibility Test (UGC NET 2024) certificates for the June session today. The candidates who qualified for the June session exams can view and download the UGC NET June 2024 certificates by visiting the official website i.e. ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

The candidates may note that they will require their application number, date of birth, and security pin to download the UGC NET 2024 June certificates. The UGC NET 2024 June results were declared on October 17. As per the UGC NET 2024 June result statistics, a total of 1,70,734 candidates qualified for JRF, assistant professor, and PhD admissions.

UGC NET 2024 certificate for Assistant Professor will be valid for a lifetime. However, the UGC NET JRF award letter will be valid for a period of three years starting from the day of the issue of the letter. The UGC NET 2024 certificate validates that the candidate is qualified to apply for teaching positions in universities and colleges across India. 

For candidates who qualify for JRF, the certificate allows them to pursue research in their chosen field and avail of financial assistance through scholarships or fellowships. The UGC NET June 2024 exam was conducted in OMR-based mode but was canceled due to a paper leak. 

Out of the 11,21,225 registered candidates, only 6,84,224 appeared for the rescheduled exam held between August 21 and September 5.

Update on UGC NET 2024 December exam 

The UGC NET 2024 December session city intimation slip has been released for 3 January 2025 exam. The UGC NET December 24 exam schedule has been revised. As per the revised dates, the UGC NET 2024 will be conducted from 3 to 16 January 2025.
