UPSC CSE 2024: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has revised the personality test scheduled for 5 February 2025. Now, the UPSC CSE 2024 personality test will be conducted on 5 February 2025 and will be conducted on 8 February 2025. The decision is taken due to the Delhi Assembly elections.

According to the official notice, “Due to notification of Delhi Assembly elections on 05.02.2025, the Personality Tests of Civil Services Exam 2024 scheduled on 05.02.2025 will now be held on Saturday, the 08 Feb 2025.” The UPSC CSE 2024 interviews or the personality tests have already started from 7 January 2025. 

A total of 2,845 candidates have been shortlisted for the interview stage. The UPSC CSE exam is conducted in three phases i.e. prelims, mains, and interview. While the UPSC CSE 2024 prelims exam was conducted on 16 June, the CSE mains UPSC exam was held on 20, 21, 22, 28, and 29 September 2024. 

The candidates who cleared the mains are called for an interview and personality test round. The personality test round will continue till 17 April 2025. The personality test will be conducted in two sessions i.e. the reporting time of the morning session is 9 a.m., and the afternoon session is 1 p.m.

The candidates appearing for the Interview will be granted reimbursement towards travel expenses for appearing in the Interview, which will be restricted only to the Second/Sleeper class train fare (Mail Express).

  • Firstly, candidates need to visit the official website i.e. upsc.gov.in. 

  • Then click on the official notice link available on the home page. 

  • The pdf will be displayed on the screen of the candidate. 

  • After viewing, download the same. 

  • The candidates can take a printout for future reference.
