Eligibility for Uttarakhand Mukhyamantri Swarojgar Yojana
Applicants must fulfill the following eligibility criteria to become eligible for Mukhyamantri Swarojgar Yojana:-
A) The minimum age of the applicant must be 18 years at the time of application.
B) There is no specified minimum educational qualification requirement.
C) Under this scheme, a finance facility would be available for the service and business sector industry.

G) For benefit of beneficiaries of the special category, an applicant will have to produce SC / ST, minority, OBC, ex-servicemen, women, and disability certificates to get business loans under the special category.
H) The applicant must have not availed benefits from any self-employment scheme of the Government of India or the State Government in the last 5 years.
An affidavit shall have to be furnished by the applicant regarding the fulfillment of eligibility conditions.

Implementation of Mukhyamantri Swarojgar Yojana
The main objective of the scheme is to persuade enterprising youth of the State, migrants returned to Uttarakhand due to COVID-19, skilled and unskilled artisans, handicraftsmen, and educated urban and rural unemployed persons to establish their own enterprise/ business. Under the scheme, enterprising young entrepreneurs who are native or permanent residents of the state and who want to be self-employed, to provide loan facility through Nationalized/ Scheduled Commercial Banks, State Co-operative Banks/ Regional Rural Banks so they can start their own enterprise, service or business.
To successfully implement this scheme, the Directorate of Industries under the MSME department of Uttarakhand would be the nodal agency. At the district level, Jila Udyog Kendra will implement the scheme.

Under the Jal Jeevan Mission scheme, water connection will be given to each household in the state for only Re 1. Along with this, the state govt. also launched Mukhyamantri Swarojgar Yojana in dairy development through which the govt. aims to increase the production of milk in the state. Under the CM Self Employment scheme, milch animals will be brought from outside the state.

STEP 6: After successful registration, log in using username and password for making a login. Accordingly, on the next opened page, click on the “Apply New Application” link to open the New Water Connection Application Form.

According to the state food and civil supplies department, 61.94 lakh people in Uttarakhand have been given food grains for free between April and June under PMGKAY. Each person is entitled to get 5 Kg of rice or wheat and 1 Kg of pulse per family for free in one month.
