According to the new rule, Std 1 to  5 (primary education) and Std 6 to 8 (upper primary education) will now be considered as separate units. According to the new rule, in the case of Over setup, a teacher working in Std 1 to 5 cannot be transferred to Std 6 to 8 unit. Similarly, a teacher from Std. 6 to 8 cannot be transferred to Std. 1 to 5 unit. These revised government rules will apply in the case of over setup (Vadh Badli)  camps.
