The applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria to apply for the recruitment:-
- The candidate should be a citizen of Gujarat state.
- The candidates who belong to EBC, SC, and ST are eligible for the Gujarat Chief Minister Scholarship.
- The applicant’s family’s annual income should be less than 1 lakh per lakh.
- Students who have a minimum of 60% in their 10th and 12th board exams from an affiliated institution or college.

- ધોરણ 10 પછી ડિપ્લોમા કોર્સમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવનાર પાત્ર વિદ્યાર્થીઓને નિશ્ચિત વાર્ષિક ટ્યુશન ફીના 50 ટકા અથવા રૂ. 50,000 બેમાંથી જે ઓછું હોય તે સહાય મળશે.
- ડિપ્લોમા પછી લાયક અંડરગ્રેજ્યુએટ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને એન્જિનિયરિંગ અને વ્યાવસાયિક અભ્યાસક્રમો માટે ટ્યુશન ફીના 50 ટકા અથવા રૂ. 1 લાખ, જે ઓછું હોય તે મળશે.

- તબેલા માટેની લોન હેઠળ જો લોન પરત ચૂકવવામાં વિલંબિત થશે તો 2% દંડનીય રહેશે.
- આ લોનની પરત ચુકવણી 20 ત્રિમાસિક હપ્તામાં કરવાની રહેશે.
- આ લોન માટે અરજદાર પાસે સગવડ હોય તો અરજદાર લોન લીધા બાદ નિયત સમય કરતા પહેલાં પણ લોનની ભરપાઈ કરી શકે છે.

- Only senior citizens residing in the state of Gujarat will be eligible for the benefit.
- Applicants must be 60 years of age or older on the date of application.
- If husband and wife are traveling together, the age of one of the two should be 60 years or more on the date of application.
- The application of a group of pilgrims to avail of benefits under this scheme will be considered valid. The individual applications will not be considered valid. If at least 45 persons apply in a group for travel, it will be considered a group application.
- One person will be eligible for benefits once every financial year.

Benefits will be available under this scheme within the limit of two nights and three days of travel of Gujarat pilgrimages.
In this scheme for sightseeing of Gujarat pilgrimage, the fare of ST’s superbus (non-ac) or if the private bus is hired, 50% of whichever is less will be available as assistance.
Even if the journey is done on an AC bus, 50% of the fare of the superbus will be eligible.

Pradhan Mantri UJALA Yojana Gujarat: Gujarat government started the Ujala Gujarat Yojana For the distribution of energy-saving LED bulbs across the state. The Ujala Gujarat scheme has been launched under the Central Government’s Ujala Yojana scheme at a function in Vadodara. Pradhan Mantri UJALA Yojana Gujarat
Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani decided to reduce the price of LED bulbs under the Pradhan Mantri Ujala Yojana Gujarat after the overwhelming response from the people. As per his decision, the bulb will be sold at a price of Rs. 65 per bulb in cash and Rs. 70 per bulb for EMI along with keeping the same rate for both residential and commercial consumers of the state.
Chief Minister Shri Rupani has also decided to start the sale of LED tube lights and 5 stars rated energy efficient fans under the Domestic Efficient Lighting Program launched by the Central Government. According to his decision, 20 watts LED tube lights will be given to the consumers at a cost of Rs. 210 by cash with a total shortfall of Rs. 20 assigned by the central government in its price.
The five-star rated energy efficient fan will be sold for Rs. 1,110 with a total reduction of Rs. 40 in its price assigned by the central government for the whole country. The EMI cost of LED tube-light and fan will be Rs. 230 and Rs. 1260 respectively.

Vatan Prem Yojana Latest Update
The first meeting of the governing body of Vatan Prem Yojana was held on Saturday (4 September 2021) where works to the tune of Rs 1,000 crore has been proposed to be completed by December 2022. The governing body of the Vatan Prem Yojana’s society had met in Gandhinagar under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Vijay Rupani, an official release stated here. Water Conservation through Kisan Suryodaya Yojana

Kisan Suryoday Yojana Village List
Gujarat Government will cover 4000 villages under the Kisan Suryoday Yojana by the end of this January 2021. This was announced by Chief Minister Vijay Rupani at Bayad in North Gujarat. He was speaking after the launching of the North Gujarat leg of ambitious Kisan Suryoday Yojana.
Kisan Suryoday Yojana was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Gujarat last year. Under this ambitious scheme, farmers are getting the daytime agriculture power supply. Gujarat Government has planned to cover all the villages under this scheme by the end of 2022. 1 lakh farmers have been covered under this scheme in the first phase while the second phase will cover 1 lakh, 90 thousand farmers.
Under this scheme, the state government is going to install new transmission lines and sub-stations at an estimated cost of Rs. 35 thousand crores in three years. The aim of this scheme is to protect the farmers from snakes and other wild animals during the nighttime.
Implementation of Gujarat Kisan Suryoday Yojana
A new transmission network capacity was being created under which 3,500 circuit km of new transmission lines will be laid in the next 2-3 years. This includes setting up of nine 220 KV substations and 234 new transmission lines of 66 KV. In the upcoming days, farmers in 1,055 villages in Junagadh, Gir Somnath and Dahod districts will be given solar power and this scheme will be extended to farmers across the state in the next three years.
3 Phase Electricity Supply for Irrigation
Under the new scheme, farmers will get 3 phase power supply from 5 AM to 9 PM for irrigation purposes. All stakeholders will work continuously in line with the changing times to help the farmers in doubling their income. This Kisan Suryoday Yojana would reduce investment and overcome their difficulties in getting power supply.
Doubling of Farmers Income by 2022
Gujarat govt. has listed the initiatives to double the income of the farmers like the formation of thousands of FPOs, neem coating urea, Soil Health Cards, and launching of many new initiatives.
KUSUM yojana, FPOs, Panchayats, and all such organizations are assisted in setting up small solar plants on barren lands and that irrigation pumps of farmers are also connected to solar energy. Moreover, electricity generated from this will be used by the farmers for their irrigation and they can sell the surplus power.
Providing electricity during the day would help the farmers in setting up micro-irrigation and Kisan Suryodaya Yojana would help in the expansion of micro-irrigation in the state.
PM Modi Launch of Kisan Suryoday Yojana
PM Modi has launched Kisan Suryoday Yojana and said that Gujarat has always been an exemplary model for the determination and dedication of the common man. After the Sujalam-Suflam and Sauni scheme, Gujarat through the Kisan Suryoday Yojna has set a milestone in meeting the needs of the Gujarat Farmers. Prime Minister applauded the work done in Gujarat for years in the field of electricity which has become the basis of this scheme. Power generation to transmission all the works were carried out in mission mode to improve the capacity in the state.
Pradhan Mantri Narendra Modi also mentioned that in 2010 when the Solar Power Plant was inaugurated in Patan, nobody could have imagined that India would show the world the path for One Sun, One World, One Grid. And PM even appreciates the fact that India has now reached 5th position in the world in the last few years in solar power and is advancing fast. On Kisan Suryodaya Yojana the PM said, earlier most of the farmers got power for irrigation in the night only and had to wake up all night. Now, these problems would be resolved.
Budget Allocation for Day Time Power Supply to Farmers
The state government of Gujarat has allocated a budget of Rs. 3500 crore for installing transmission infrastructure under this scheme by 2023. PM lauded the efforts of the Gujarat govt. for doing this work by preparing a completely new capacity of transmission, without affecting the other existing systems.
Under this scheme, about 3500 circuit kilometers of new transmission lines will be laid in the next 2-3 years and will be implemented in more than a thousand villages in the coming days and most of these villages are in tribal-dominated areas. He said it will change the lives of lakhs of farmers when the entire Gujarat gets the power supply through Kisan Suryoday Yojana.

Gujarat govt. has planned to increase the number of users of PNG from the existing 21 lakh to 26 lakh by FY 2022. The scheme aims to provide quality medical tests and diagnostic services free of charge. The scheme was launched and started on 7th April, “World Health Day”. Gujarat Mukhyamantri Nidan Yojana 2021
Under the Mukhyamantri Nidan Yojana, free medical test and diagnostic services will be available across 9,156 sub-health centers, 1,342 primary health centers, 331 community health centers, 33 sub-district and 22 district hospitals, and 16 medical colleges across the state.
Objectives
According to the Chief Minister, the arrangements are made to avail most of the tests in PHCs and CHCs. The facilities of diagnosis and laboratory tests will be available at government hospitals, hence, people need not go to private healthcare institutions.
Most common medical tests including blood tests, urine tests, blood group tests, kidneys, jaundice, diabetes, typhoid tests will be available at govt facilities for free under Mukhyamantri Nidan Yojana. The scheme will be implemented by the health and family welfare department of Gujarat.
