Hon’ble Saheb Shri, Regards Namaskar, Vande Mataram They are performing duty in other districts besides their own. The following questions regarding their district relocation, such as, & District relocation may be made in the same district as stated in the Service Book. To make provision for reciprocal as well as unilateral district transfer in the district other than the address of the service book.
* 100% of the total vacancies in each district and all vacancies due to retirement should be filled by district transfer. So that the teachers who have been working outside the homeland for years get the right to their own district. There is a rule that one can apply in one district at a time. So by changing this rule, a parallel seniority order should be given by applying simultaneously in all the districts which have boundaries to their home district. If the teachers working outside the district are facing problems of being away from their homeland and family for years and are not able to take care of their elders properly, then for this reason also their district needs to be changed.
Understanding the plight of teachers working away from home and family, we kindly request you to reconsider the rules regarding district transfer and take the necessary decision to make necessary changes.
