KCET 2024: The Karnataka Examination Authority will close applications for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2024 tomorrow 12 April, 2024.

Candidates who missed opting for CET in the combined application or failed to make payment can still apply and pay the fee in offline mode by physically visiting the KEA office. 

 

Students were notified by KEA that only those candidates would be taken into consideration for registration and payment, who agree on being offered a seat in any Karnataka testing centre once all exam preparations are finished. 


The examination authority has announced that it is not going to provide KCET 2024 hall tickets to such candidates who only chose the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET UG) 2024 option during KCET registration. 


The notice further said that such students will be eligible to take part in seat assignments for Ayush, dentistry, and medical courses.


KCET 2024: Payment Procedure 

  • Candidates need to personally visit the KEA office to register themselves for CET exam and submit application latest by 5 p.m. on 12 April. 
  • In order to make the payment, a demand draft of Rs 600 in favor of the executive director, KEA, along with a copy of their KCET application 2024, must be submitted.

 


KCET 2024: Exam Details

  • Candiodates can download the KCET admit card 2024 from the official website i.e. cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
  • The Karnataka CET 2024 is scheduled to be taken on 18 April – 19 April. 
  • This exam is held for admission to undergraduate programs in engineering, technology, agriculture, horticulture, veterinary science and animal husbandry, pharmacy, and yoga.


KCET 2024: Examination Centre 

  • KEA has cansidered the request of candidates to shift their examination centre from Kolar to Kalaburagi.
  • Candidates planning on changing their centre must submit a special request through the principal of the pre-university college, stating the reason for the change.
  • The PU college principal is responsible for submitting the list of such candidates to KEA.
  • Requests for centre change are being accepted till 12 April (5 p.m.).
