NEEPCO Recruitment 2022:- The North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Limited proposes to engage 56 (Fifty-Six) apprentices for FY 2021-22 under the Apprenticeship Act 1961 for a period of two years of apprenticeship training in the following trades for its different Plants/ Projects/ Establishments. The candidate should be a resident of North East India. The last date for submission of the application is 17.02.2022.

The candidates opting for Opportunity “Fitter” at AGBPS, AgGBPS & TGBPS will be accommodated as “Boiler Attendant”.
Age limit
- Maximum age 28 years as of 01.01.2022, but not less than 18 years. Age relaxation is allowed for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ Other Backward Classes/ Persons with Disability/ Ex-servicemen, as per applicable Govt. of India rules
How to apply for NEEPCO Recruitment 2022 @Trade Apprentice for ITI Passed
Step-1: The Candidates must get himself/ herself enrolled/ registered with National Promotion Scheme (NAPS), through online enrolment at www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in and pose a valid enrolment ID generated after successful enrolment.
- Click Register Tab
- Select Candidate Option
- Register in NAPS
- After successful registration, log in using your registered ID and password
- Select apprenticeship opportunities and fill them up accordingly.
- Search for NEEPCO Opportunity code (in official notification)
- Apply for the trade of choice/ apprentice opportunity name/code
- The candidate must have Aadhaar Card Number
Step-2: After submitting the online application, the applicant should download the NEEPCO Apprenticeship Application Form FY 2021-22 (For ITI Trade) from the Corporation website, take a printout and fill up all the relevant information(s) and send the duly filled form via email to [email protected] along with self-attested scan copies in PDF format of the following relevant documents i.e. ITI Pass Certificate, Marksheet (s), Age Proof (HSLC Certificate or Birth Certificate), Caste/PwD Certificate (valid OBC (NCL) Certificate) to claim for reservation, etc, so as to reach this office within the specified deadline.
The closing of the online application (through the NAPS portal) is 17.02.2022.
The Last date of receipt of the filled-up application form along with testimonials and documents via email is 24.02.2022.
Selection process
- Selection shall be based on merit as per mark secured in the ITI course as mentioned against each Apprentice post.
- First preference shall be given to candidates belonging to the State in which the Establishment/ Power Plant(s) is/are located. After allocation of seats to candidates belonging to the state, if no sufficient candidates are found; selection for rest nos. of seats shall be based on the merit as per marks secured in the ITI course by the candidates belonging to other NE states of domicile.

NEEPCO Recruitment 2021:- North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Limited invites online applications from eligible candidates to engage 26 (Twenty-six) apprentices for FY 2020-21 under the Apprenticeship Act 1961 for a period of one-year apprenticeship training in the following trades for its Power Plants and Corporate office. The last date for submission of the application is 25.01.2021.
1. Post Name:- Graduate Apprentice
- No of posts:- 9 [Electrical or Mechanical: 8, IT: 1]
- Place of training:- Pare Hydro Electric Plant, NEEPCO, Doimukh, Papum Pare District, Arunachal Pradesh.
- Stipend:- Rs 18000/- per month.
- Educational Qualification:-
(a) A Degree in Engineering or Technology granted by a Statutory University in the relevant subject/ stream OR
(b) A Degree in Engineering or Technology granted by an Institution empowered to grant such degree by an Act of parliament OR
(c) Graduate examination of professional bodies recognized by the Central Government as equivalent to degree OR
(d) A sandwich course student who is undergoing training in order that he may hold a degree in Engineering or Technology as mentioned at (a) and (b) above On or before 31st July 2020.
2. Post Name:- Technician Apprentice
- No of posts:- 17 [Electrical: 4, Civil: 3, IT: 6, Electrical or Mechanical: 4]
- Place of training:-
1. Pare Hydro Electric Plant, NEEPCO, Doimukh, Papum Pare District, Arunachal Pradesh: 6 Posts
2. Ranganadi Hydro Electric Plant, NEEPCO, Yazali (43 KM) Lower Subansiri District, Arunachal: 4 Posts
3. Corporate Office, NEEPCO, Brookland Compound, Lower New Colony, Shillong: 4 Posts - Stipend: Rs 15000/- per month.
- Educational Qualification:-
(a) A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government in the relevant subject/ stream OR
(b) A Diploma in Engineering or Technology by a University OR
(c) A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by an Institute recognized by the State Govt. or Central Govt. as equivalent to (a) and (b) above OR
(d) A sandwich course student who is undergoing training in order that he may hold a diploma mentioned in (a), (b), (c) above On or before 31st July 2020.
Age limit
- Maximum age 28 years as of 30.06.2020 but not less than 18 years. Upper age relaxation as per Govt. of India rules.
How to apply for NEEPCO Recruitment 2021 @Graduate & Technician Apprentice
The Candidates must get himself/ her self enrolled/ registered with the Board of Practical Training (BOPT), through online enrolment at National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), in www.mhrdnats.gov.in and poses a valid enrolment ID generated after successful enrolment not prior to the academic year, 2018.
After submitting the online application, the applicant should download the NEEPCO Apprenticeship Application Form from the Corporation website, take a print out and fill up all the relevant information and send the duly filled form via email to [email protected] along with self-attested scan copies in PDF format of the following relevant documents i.e. Pass Certificate, Marksheet, Age Proof (HSLC Certificate or Birth Certificate), Caste /PwD Certificate, etc, so as to reach this office within 25.01.2021.
