Rajasthan Medhavi Chatra Scooty Yojana 2021 | Free Scooters to Tribal Girls
Rajasthan government has decided to start Medhavi Chatra Scooty Yojana 2020-2021. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot had earlier on 18 January 2020 announced that 6000 scooters would be given to meritorious tribal girls. The Free Scooters to Tribal Girls will be given by the Tribal Area Development (TAD) Department. The official website of जनजाति क्षेत्रीय विकास विभाग (Tribal Regional dept.) is tad.rajasthan.gov.in.
Rajasthan Medhavi Chatra Scooty Yojana 2020-2021 will encourage girls to go to school and get a high-quality education. This Free Scooty Distribution scheme will encourage girls to perform well in their school as well as board examinations. Moreover, this scheme aims to reduce the drop-out rate of girls and enable them to continue their studies and pursue higher education.
In addition to this, the state govt. is focusing on women’s empowerment by providing them with free scooters.
Rajasthan Medhavi Chatra Scooty Yojana 2020-2021
The state govt. of Rajasthan announces to provide 6,000 scooters under Medhavi Chatra Scooty Yojana in the current financial year i.e 2020-2021. CM Ashok Gehlot has raised the total number of scooties for meritorious tribal girls from 4,000 to 6,000 under Muft Scooty Yojana 2020-2021. Tribal Area Development (TAD) dept. will start implementing Free Scooty Distribution Scheme for tribal girls after it receives the official order copy from the government.
CM Ashok Gehlot also increased the number of scooties to be given to meritorious girls under Devanarayana School Scooty Scheme. The number of scooty to be given has been raised from 1,000 to 1,500 for the current academic year. The decision of the CM will encourage girls to study further and will directly promote girls’ education.
The Rajasthan CM has also announced the inclusion of meritorious students belonging to scheduled castes and minorities in the Kalibai Bhil Meritorious Students Scooty Scheme. With the decision of CM, meritorious students of scheduled castes and minorities will get soon get scooters.
