TNEA Seat Allotment Result 2024: The Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE), Tamil Nadu has released the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) 2024 round 1 counselling seat allotment result today, 1 August. Candidates who took part in the TNEA counselling can now download the TNEA 2024 round 1 seat allotment result by visiting the official website at tneaonline.org.
According to the official schedule, candidates who have received seat allotments must confirm their acceptance by 2 August, 2024 at 5 PM. If they do not accept the allotment, their seat will be canceled. Candidates can visit their respective colleges to confirm their admissions from 3 – 7 August, 2024.
Additionally, inorder to download the TNEA round 1 seat allotment result 2024, candidates will need to enter their login credentials, including their registration number and date of birth.
Candidates who have been allocated seats in the TNEA counselling 2024 process have three options: accept the seat and opt for upward movement, decline the seat while still opting for upward movement, or withdraw from the counselling process. It is essential for candidates to confirm their choices to avoid the cancellation of their seats.
Those who accept their seats are required to download the allotment letter, report to their designated institutes, complete the admission procedure, and pay the required fees. Students who have selected upward mobility, seeking a seat in a higher-ranked college, should wait for the next round. Provisional allotment results for these candidates will be released on 10 August.
TNEA Admission 2024: Supplementary counselling
- TNEA 2024 supplementary counselling will take place from September 6 to 8.
- TNEA 2024 counselling is conducted for admissions to government and government-aided engineering colleges, as well as university departments and constituent colleges of Anna University and Annamalai University.
- SCA to SC Counselling: This will be followed by the SCA to SC counselling on September 10 and 11, 2024.
