UPPSC Recruitment 2024: The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission is now accepting online applications from today, 10 April. Eligible candidates can now apply through the official website i.e. uppsc.up.nic.in.
The Uttar Pradesh State Agricultural Services Examination 2024 through this Recruitment drive aims at hiring 268 personnals.
The Secretary, Ashok Kumar advised candidates to apply only if they are eligible after viewing the advertisement. Candidates who will turn 21 by 1 July, 2024, and are maximum 40 years old are eligible to apply
The online application will remain open until 10 May, with the correction window open for error correction until 16 May.
Through this exam recruitment for positions such as District Horticulture Officer Grade-2, Grade-1 Principal Government Food Science Training Center/Food Processing Officer Grade-2, Senior Technical Assistant, etc., will be conducted under the Agricultural Services.
Previously, this UPPSC Recruitment was conducted through PCS, and now after three years, the commission is set to conduct the selection process again.
UPPSC Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be at least 21 years old by July 1, 2024, and should not exceed 40 years of age.
- Applicants from reserved categories in Uttar Pradesh will receive exemptions in the maximum age limit as per the state government’s regulations.
However, there is no such information provided by the commission regarding the requirement of the necessary educational qualifications for participating in the UP Agriculture Services Examination yet.
Interested candidates may obtain information regarding this matter latest from the detailed notification, issued along with the commencement of the application process starting on 10 April.

UPPSC 2024 Exam: Selection Process
- Phase 1: Written Exam – Candidates will appear for a written examination.
- Phase 2: Document Verification – Shortlisted candidates from the written exam will undergo document verification.
- Phase 3: Medical Examination – Candidates who pass the document verification stage will undergo a medical examination.

- Next fill out the UPPSC Agriculture Services Registration Form 2024.
- Upload your Required Documents and pay the application fee.
- Finally, download your appliaction and take a print out for future reference.
