UPSC CDS 2 result 2023: The Union Public Service Commission ( UPSC ) has declared the final result for UPSC CDS 2, 2023. Candidates awaiting their result for the combined defence service examination  ( II ),2023 can now check the selection list and as well download it by visiting the official website i.e. upsc.gov.in. 

Candidates should be aware that their marks will be accessible on the internet following the announcement of the Officers Training Academy (OTA) CDS Exam (11) 2023 final results.

 

UPSC CDS 2 result 2023: Selected candidates list

• The list has been prepared in order of merit of 197 (143+39+15) candidates.
• These candidates have qualified based on the UPSC CDS II results 2023.
• The examination was conducted by the commission in September 2023.
• SSB Interviews were held by the Services Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence.
• The selected candidates are admitted to the 157th (DE) Course of Indian Military Academy, Dehradun; Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala; and Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) Training Course.

 

UPSC CDS 2 Result 2023: Vacancy Details

• Indian Military Academy: 100 vacancies, including 13 vacancies reserved for NCC ‘C’ Certificates (Army Wing) holders.
• Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala Executive Branch (General Service)/Hydro: 32 vacancies, including 06 vacancies for NCC ‘C’ Certificate (Naval Wing through NCC Special Entry) holders.
• Air Force Academy, Hyderabad: 32 vacancies, including 03 vacancies reserved for NCC ‘C’ Certificate (Air Wing) holders through NCC Spl. Entry.

 

UPSC CDS 2 result 2023: Written test outcome

• Indian Military Academy: 2675 candidates were proposed as successful candidates in the written test.
• Indian Naval Academy: 970 candidates were proposed as successful candidates in the written test.
• Air Force Academy: 622 candidates were proposed as successful candidates in the written test.

 

UPSC CDS 2 result 2023: How to check? 

• Firstly, visit the official website at upsc.gov.in
• Then, click on the link that reads, “Final Result Combined Defence Services Examination (11), 2023” under the What’s New section, displaying on the homepage. 
• Next, a new window will open, click on the final result PDF link.
• A PDF will open showcasing the shortlisted candidates, check your roll number and name on the list. 
• Download the PDF and take a printout for future reference.
