Notification No.GS/2006/31/KTP/102005/1519/K, Dated 30-09-06 and CRR/10/2007/ 120320/G.5 Dated 13-08-08. |

How To Apply COH Recruitment 2021?
1. All eligible candidates have to submit the Application form in person on the date from 10.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. Applicant has to check the vacancy before attending the interview on the website: www.gujhealth.gujarat.gov.in .
2. Application form should be submitted duly filled with attested Xerox copies of necessary
enclosures as mentioned in the application form. Original certificates are to be shown at the
time of submission of application for verification. (Application with less information or
enclosures will not be accepted in any case).
3. Prescribed application form is attached herewith and the same will also be available at
GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar on the day of Interview
What Is The Selection Process For COH Recruitment 2021?
The selection list will be prepared separately for both with private practice and without private practice, Priority will be given to the candidates opting without private practice.
