ICAI CA 2024 Admit card released on 17 April

ICAI CA 2024: On April 17, 2024, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has released the ICAI CA May 2024 admit cards through its official website today, 17 April. Eligible candiadtes can download their May 2024 CA Inter and Final hall ticket by visiting the official website i.e. eservices.icai.org.
The admit cards for the CA May 2024 exams are available for download on the official website at eservices.icai.org.
However, it’s important to note that the website is currently experiencing technical difficulties, making it temporarily inaccessible. Once the issue is resolved and the website is back up and running, candidates will be able to log in and download their admit cards 2024.
Candidates must note that the CA exam 2024 according to the official date provided by the ICAI will be conducted in offline mode from 2 May – 17 May, 2024.
Additionally, candidates need to make sure that their individual registration number along with their date of birth (DoB), both are clear and in hand before downloading the Admit card. Also, note that the CA admit card 2024 for Inter and Final exams both have been released seperately.
Delhi High Court dismissed the plea to reschedule the CA May 2024 examinations:
- Aspiring CA Students petitioned the Delhi High Court to postpone the ICAI May 2024 exam to as they are coinciding with the general lok sabha elections,2024. However, The plea was denied.
- The HC court rejected the petition, on the grounds that the potential hardship faced by candidates in taking the exam couldn’t justify derailing it, especially considering the approximately 4,26,000 aspirants involved.
Additionally, the court noted the initiative taken by ICAI officials to ensure that exams didn’t interfere with candidates’ ability to cast their votes.
ICAI CA 2024: Exam dates
- The ICAI CA May exams are set to commence on 2 May, 2024.
- The CA Intermediate exams are scheduled between 3 May – 17 May, 2024.
- The CA Final May 2024 exams will be conducted from 2 May to 16 May, 2024.
It is crucial to highlight that every candidate must have their CA admission card May 2024 with them on exam day.
On the day of the exam, students need to bring hard copies of their admit card. Students must bring a verifiable photo ID as proof of identity in addition to their ICAI CA May 2024 admission card in order to enter the exam room.
ICAI CA 2024: Steps to download admit card
- Firstly, candidates need to visit the official website at eservices.icai.org.
- Then, click on the “Admit cards for CA Inter/Final May 2024 exams”, tab displayed on the homepage.
- Enter your registration number and date of birth and login.
- The CA Inter/Final May 2024 admit cards will be displayed on the screen.
- Don’t forget to check all the details given on your admit card.
- Lastly, download and take printouts of the admit cards for future use.

ICAI CA 2024: Documents needed on exam day
Candidates are required to bring the following documents with them on the day of the exam: a photo ID proof, the CA Inter/Final May 2024 Admit Card, a blue or black ballpoint pen, a personal transparent water bottle, and a personal small hand sanitizer (50/100 ML bottle).
